Passover is quickly approaching and Matzah is one of the stars of this beloved holiday.  I have to buy Gluten Free Matzos and Yehudah is my favorite brand (everything).  What I find amazing is that friends and family all prefer my gluten free matzo to the regular ones! Calling all College Men's and Women's basketball fans--- March Madness is on! Spring is beginning to sprout here in the South.  The days are getting longer and daylight savings time begins on March 10th.  I sure am looking forward to more light in the evenings and being able to walk later as well. This is an exciting time of year for me and many of you.  I have been a loyal fan of the Buffalo Bills and the NY Giants for most of my life.  I am especially excited about the Bills this year and I will be cheering them on this month.
