I embroidered a gold Hand of G-d / hamsa with fish and a lotus flower on white Kona cotton.  I surrounded this beautiful hamsa with the Shabbat Shalom in Hebrew and English.  I used a golden cotton around this and on the back.

The accenting edges are a beautiful array of flowers and many butterflies. Your cover will vary from the stock pictures.
