I've created beautiful large double insulated pot holders / pot holders or trivets for every day and any Jewish Holiday!
The double insulation is with Insul Bright or Insul Brite, a polyester fabric with mylar, which allows hot items to be put on or handled. All fabric is 100 % cotton and each pot holder is double sided.
Size (approximate measurements): 8" x 8" with a nice thickness --see the pictures

I quilted them with coordinating cotton embroidery thread.
